Email Configuration - Outlook/Office 365
Configure your personal Outlook email to send emails from the CRM
Setup Instructions:
- Enter your Outlook/Office 365 email address
- Enter your password (or App Password if 2FA is enabled)
- Click "Save & Verify" to test the connection
- Once verified, you can send emails from the CRM
For Office 365 with Two-Factor Authentication:
- Go to Microsoft Security
- Select "Advanced security options"
- Under "App passwords", create a new one
- Use that App Password here instead of your regular password
